How to Apply for a Grant
Applicants are encouraged to initiate contact with the Community Pharmacy Foundation ("CPF") by completing
the Grant Application Form accessible from this section of the CPF web site.
The Grant Application Form is self-explanatory and must be submitted online.
Please review the Mission Statement of the Community Pharmacy Foundation
to better understand the scope and purposes of the Foundation and the priorities
established for its funding allocation. Another section featuring NEWS from
the Foundation will also be helpful to you.
CPF will not accept or read full proposals, financial reports or other documents
related to your program/project via email. The Grant Application Form is the exclusive
method to initiate a review and establish a record with the Community Pharmacy Foundation.
Your submitted Grant Application will be reviewed by the Board at its next quarterly meeting.

If after review your Grant Application is considered consistent with the Foundation's
current funding priorities and objectives you will receive an invitation to submit a
complete proposal for review and consideration.
