“Best Practices” is the special section of the Community Pharmacy Foundation Website designed to connect community pharmacy pharmacists, with college of pharmacy faculty and community pharmacy residency directors to enhance everyday pharmacy practice.
Best Practices is the link of the world of community pharmacy practice to a community of innovators who wish to share their best ideas with their colleagues … and collaborate by sharing new ideas.
Or you can use the Patient Care Services template as your outline to develop a new patient care service for your pharmacy to offer patients. You can do this within your pharmacy or partner with another interested pharmacist and do so collaboratively whereby one or both of you implement the service and build it together.
