Objective 1: To Measure if independent pharmacists use facebook, twitter and other social networks to provide professional care services MTM etc. Objective 2: To measure the extent and types of services offered through these social media networks. Objective 3: To determine the extent independent pharmacists use LinkedIn and other professional networking websites for professional development purposes. Objective 4: To determine the extent independent pharmacists have developed and employed their pharmacy websites for the provision of drug information and patient care services.
