Objectives

The original State Fact Sheets were created in 2011 by APhA and NASPA. CPF supported the updates in 2013, 2016, 2018, 2020 and the 2022 updates which were finalized in December 2022. The state fact sheets contain useful information for advocacy at both the state and federal level. They include a narrative of the value of pharmacists and also state-specific demographic data, demonstrating the widespread need for pharmacist-provided patient care services and the potential impact of implementing programs that provide coverage for these services. These fact sheets should be useful for pharmacist advocates wishing to articulate the value of pharmacists services.
